05FAQ
Questions, answered.
Have another question? Email cash@cashdillon.com and I’ll get back to you.
How does pricing work?
Each project starts with a written scope and a clear, fixed price. You’ll know what’s included before work begins. If the requirements change, any additional work is discussed and quoted separately.
How long does a project take?
A standard business website typically takes three to five weeks from the initial project discussion to launch. Larger websites, interactive experiences, and digital products may take longer depending on their requirements and how quickly content and feedback are available.
What do you need from me to get started?
A short description of your business, the purpose of the website, and any existing branding or content is enough to begin. We’ll work through the details together before finalizing the scope.
Who owns the website when it’s finished?
You’ll receive the agreed source files and access to the relevant hosting accounts at handoff. Third-party platforms, subscriptions, and licenses remain subject to their respective terms.
What if I want changes?
The project scope defines the included revision rounds. If you’d like additional changes or new features, we can discuss them and agree on the cost before proceeding.
Can you redesign a website I already have?
Yes. I can assess your existing website, identify what should stay and what needs improvement, and create a redesign around your current goals, content, and audience.
Why are some projects labeled as concepts?
Concept projects are self-initiated creative and technical explorations rather than commissioned client work. They’re clearly identified so you can distinguish them from client projects and businesses or products I own.
